About Us

Musial Artist Management is a boutique firm based on Long Island, NY.  We offer unique, individualized and modern artist management services and development strategies.  Our intentionally small roster allows us to build trust and foster relationships with our clients.  Our remote, digital set up is ideal for today’s touring musicians wishing to pursue careers as soloists, conductors and chamber musicians.

About Kimberly Musial

Welcome! I’m Kim Musial, the face and founder behind Musial Artist Management.  MAM is a Long Island-based, boutique artist management firm.  I assist rising classical musicians to build their elite brands, book optimal performance opportunities and promote their success within an intimate and confidential environment.

I founded Musial Artist Management to help rising classical music artists achieve their goals.  While performers can have a variety of musical interests and end goals, one item unifies us all, and that is a struggle against time.  So many hours are spent in individual practice, rehearsals and preparation that it is difficult to get everything done.  I enjoy being able to take on the items that musicians don’t have the time to accomplish.  Whether that means contract negotiation, booking and touring, social media management, email correspondence, calendar management or a combination of these, I am happy to take items off of your plate so that you can focus on music making.

Over the course of my 20+ year career in the music industry, I have performed, taught, and worked as an arts and educational administrator.  I hold advanced degrees in Arts Administration (Shenandoah University), Viola Performance (University of Houston and Longy School of Music), Education (CUNY Queens College) and Educational Administration (St. John’s University).  Having worked both on and behind the stage, I am keenly aware of artist needs and potential pain points and I work diligently to eliminate any stressors that may interfere with your focus or performance.

What all of these experiences have taught me is that I am more interested in promoting and helping others grow than putting myself out there as a performer.  Today, I spend my days obsessing over details so that my clients can expand their brands and work with their ideal presenting organizations.
